Sunnyfield Market -Barn Owl bakes – Saturday 11/26 – 10am til 2pm

Hi everybody!
Hope you had a sweet Thanksgiving week. We’re planning on bring down a sort of more limited selection of baked goods to Sunnyfield Market tomorrow, but we’ll have all the classics and a few fun things too.
Tomorrow is also the annual Pre-School Craft Bazaar where island folks set out their best wares to make holiday shopping easy and support our local pre-school. In solidarity, we’ll be donating 5% of all our proceeds tomorrow at Sunnyfield Market to the Pre-School. So don’t be shy about coming to both, lots of good food and good cheer to be had island-wide.
Wild Leavened Breads
Country Miche – this is our go to bread for potlucks, celebrations, company, and feasting.
Lopez FullGrain – Really delicious, succulent, flavorful expression of an alternative grain economy powered by passion, curiosity, and love. Four heritage grains, stone milled on island, baked into a power loaf of lasting goodness.
Rainbow Barley – A Lopez Island Grain Project special, a nice light succulent bread chock full of plump hearty chewy colorful healthy barley.
Horsedrawn Rye – Our classic basic rye bread but made entirely with rye grown by Horsedrawn Farm and stone milled by Island Grist. Authentic.

Roasted Pumpkin Scones – Thanks to Helen’s Farm for the beautiful and sweet pumpkins.
Gluten Free Pumpkin Oat Scones – Same deal, no gluten.
Cinnamon Roll – we’re doing all our scones and cinnamon rolls with locally grown and milled wheat.
Rye Thumbprints – Eat em by the handful
Croissants – We couldn’t resist trying them again. There was a lot to love about the croissants last market, and we’re tweaking them just a bit to try and bring out the best.
There will be a lot of food vendors at the market tomorrow so come hungry, and remember that all of our breads and pastries are just as good if not better the next day and can even be eaten throughout the week.
p.s. we’re still taking reservations if you want us to leave something at the bakery or hold it at the market for you just let us know what you’d like and where you’d like to pick it up.
