Barn Owl Wednesday 1/16 Farmstand – OPEN- 9am til dusk – Fresh Bread & Pastries

Hey sweet folks,

Another Wednesday is upon us, another chance for fresh out of the oven baked goods! Thanks to all the stalwarts who came out last week.
Also Nathan is headed down to the Cascadia Grains conference this weekend to talk grain and bread with fellow travelers from across the northwest and share the good work we’re doing up here on Lopez with heritage grains and whole grain breads & pastries straight from our rocky island fields.
Here’s a preview of coming attractions tomorrow at the bakery, 3042 Center Rd, second little building on the left.
Toasted Sunflower Seed Apple🌻 Bread –  Rich and sweet and savory and nutty and robustly flavorful. 
💪Sourdough Croissants  and their 💥Chocolate  variation, these really are pretty special 25 minutes out of the oven. Heritage grain, whole pastured butter, goodness.
Apple Cherry Scones🍎 🍒 (oh the delight of summer preserved by the power of dehydration!) and their Gluten Free Oat variation
😎Savory veggie hand pies🙌 – a quick savory bite loaded with island grown goodness straight from the farms of Lopez, all local!
Rosemary Shortbread! 🎶🌠
