Chiddam Blanc de Mars is a beautiful 1852 French selection of an even older British landrace wheat. With a light creamy color and sweet flavor that is intensified and enlivened by sprouting, this shortbread is a unique, nutrient dense, and satisfying treat. Infused with fresh rosemary from our bakery herb bed and topped with salt from our neighbors at San Juan Sea Salt.
